Apprenticeship places have been rationed, infrastructure projects have been delayed, and the business rates system is crippling small businesses.
SNP ministers are too distracted by their obsession with independence to fix any of it.
The Scottish Conservatives have a different vision.
We would make a single front door to all publicly funded business support, increase apprenticeship places, and reform business rates to make the system fairer, more transparent and less punishing of investment.
