Annabel Goldie MSP - Culture and Communities Spokesperson

Born in Glasgow in 1950, Annabel Goldie MSP was educated at Greenock Academy and graduated LLB from Strathclyde University. Annabel is a director of the Prince's Scottish Youth Business Trust, a Fellow of the University of Strathclyde, a member of the Salvation Army West Scotland Advisory Board, an Elder in the Church of Scotland and a Deputy Lieutenant of the County of Renfrewshire.

Annabel Goldie MSP has been Scottish Conservative spokesman on the Economy, Justice and Home Affairs. Annabel became leader of the Scottish Conservatives in the Scottish Parliament in November 2005, and stood down in November 2011.

As well as being a member of the National Trust for Scotland, the RSPB and the Scottish Wildlife Trust, Annabel's interests include the countryside, music and literature.
