ScotPulse survey – Annabel streets ahead of other opposition party leaders

The latest "ScotPulse 1000" survey on the STV website – showing attitudes towards the Scottish party leaders during the election campaign – reveals that nearly 40% of respondents have a more positive view of Annabel Goldie than when the campaign began.

This is streets ahead of both other opposition party leaders.

David McLetchie, Scottish Conservative Campaign Manager for the Scottish Parliament election, said:

"Of all the opposition leaders, Annabel is streets ahead.

"We were always confident that Annabel's straight talking and telling it like it is would resonate with voters, and this survey is further proof of that. Her message of common sense and delivery is going down well on doorsteps the length and breadth of Scotland.

"More and more voters are realising that they can use their peach ballot paper to vote for Annabel and more common sense in the next parliament."
