Scotland is better off in Britain

Responding to various polls published today, Scottish Conservative leader Ruth Davidson has reiterated her belief that Scotland is better off in Britain.

Ruth Davidson said:

"Polls have consistently shown that the majority of Scots believe as I do that we should remain part of the United Kingdom. The fact of the matter is that Scotland is better off in Britain and that Britain is great because Scotland is part of it.

"It is now time to settle this issue once and for all as so we can start concentrating on getting Scotland working again."
