This week has shown that only one political party in Scotland has a manifesto which is fully costed and fit for purpose.
The Scottish Liberal Democrats are relying on money not yet received.
Scottish Labour is relying on money that isn't there.
Derek Brownlee, Scottish Conservative Finance Spokesperson, said:
"The Scottish Conservative Manifesto is credible and costed. We refuse to spend money which is not yet there.
"So our plans do not rely on imaginary efficiency savings, or on any capital proceeds which might be realised from the mutualisation of Scottish Water. And when such proceeds are delivered, they could only be used for capital investment – not for revenue spending.
"We will continue to tell it like it is, and leave fantasy economics to the other parties."
Ruth: "Our thoughts should now be with the families of the victims who died on that fateful day in December 1988."

Ruth: "However, this should not stop the questions that still exist, including those regarding his release by the SNP Government."
