Every single SNP promise depends on their efficiencies boast

Every single promise made by the SNP relies on the efficiency savings they are boasting they will achieve.

Only Scottish Conservatives have produced a fully costed and credible plan that does not rely at all on efficiencies.

Derek Brownlee, Scottish Conservative Finance Spokesperson, said:

"If it is so easy to make efficiency savings on the scale John Swinney claims, why does Alex Salmond complain about having to make savings to help deal with Labour's debt legacy?

"The next Scottish Government should focus on making efficiency savings - but every promise made by the SNP relies upon them being achieved. Only the Scottish Conservatives have set out a fully costed and credible plan for the next four years, one that does not rely at all on efficiencies."
