Devolution has won: Next debate is about how to use new powers

Tomorrow, the recently published Scotland Bill will be debated in the Scottish Parliament.

Annabel Goldie MSP, Scottish Conservative Leader, said:

"It is no coincidence that as we have consulted, debated and delivered on plans to strengthen devolution, support for independence has fallen to a new low. Devolution has won. The next debate is about how we use the new powers and as Conservatives how we can keep taxes low."
