Commenting after Alex Salmond today denied on Good Morning Scotland that the SNP had opposed only six Scottish Executive bills in seven years (calling the Scottish Conservatives ‘statistically challenged’), Annabel Goldie MSP, Scottish Conservative leader, said:
“Alex Salmond was absolutely correct, I got it wrong. It is not six bills in seven years, but six bills in seven and a half years.
“That makes it even worse and only serves to confirm what we already know – the SNP does not offer a change of policy, just a change of passport. They truly are the weakest, limpest opposition party in the history of politics.”
