Cllr Joanna Mowat was elected to the City Centre Ward of Edinburgh Council on May 4th 2007. Immediately prior to being elected Joanna was working for Jamie McGrigor MSP as his Parliamentary Assistant at the Scottish Parliament.
Joanna has a wide variety of experience in support roles for senior management in both the private and public sectors. She has lived in Edinburgh for 15 years, always in the City Centre and is thrilled to be representing the vibrant heart of Edinburgh on the City Council.
Joanna is married to Ian and has a young daughter, Tabitha.
