The Conservative Party is changing, and changing for the better. Each week we greet new supporters in our region, attracted by our Party’s new and dynamic leadership – joining us as we campaign for a fair deal for our region and the return of Conservatives to government.
A Conservative led local council group, a Conservative MSP - John Lamont in Berwickshire and Roxburgh and we hope a Conservative MP - Chris Walker in the seat at the next election.
The time is right to join our local association, in the Borders it is time for change and the only way to change the Westminster government is to vote Conservative.
If we are to put a Conservative Government in at Westminster then surely the region will be best served by a Member of Parliament from within that Government.
The Westminster parliamentary constituency of Berwickshire, Roxburgh and Selkirk stretches from Hawick, Jedburgh and Coldstream in the South to Eyemouth and St Abbs on the spectacular east coast, Oxton, Lauder, Stow and Galashiels to the North with Selkirk and the Ettrick Valley on the West. It includes parts of two constituencies in the Scottish Parliament – Berwickshire and Roxburgh and Tweeddale, Ettrick and Lauderdale; and is entirely contained within the boundaries of Scottish Borders Council at local authority level.
