The Scotland Office and Scottish Government have issued a joint statement following the conclusion of referendum negotiations.
Prime Minister David Cameron and First Minister Alex Salmond will now meet on Monday when they are expected to sign the agreement.
Scottish Conservative leader Ruth Davidson MSP said:
“I welcome the broad agreement reached between Scotland’s two Governments to have a fair, legal and decisive referendum.
“After the agreement has been finalised on Monday, we can look forward to having a proper debate about the substantial issues, including currency, pensions, welfare and defence.
“Scotland is facing its biggest decision in 300 years and people need to be able to make an informed choice.
“That means politicians from all sides – including the SNP – answering the important questions put to them by the people of Scotland.”
