More work needed to help employment in Scotland

Responding to statistics showing a third successive fall in unemployment, Scottish Conservative Finance Spokesman Gavin Brown MSP said:

“It is encouraging to see a reduction in unemployment and to see that things are moving in the right direction.

“But there is still a long way to go and we must never become complacent on this.

“More work is still required between both the UK and Scottish Government, because there are still too many people out of work across the UK.”
